In brief...
The PRO-GENDERING project aims at promoting gender equality, inclusion, diversity and respect to difference in the Academia. Strengthening the capacity of Universities to build inclusive education communities through the provision of know-how to implement GEPs and educating university students on the topic of GEPs are key objectives. The project aspires to build the capacities of Universities’ staff to promote gender equality and enhance transfer of knowledge between CSOs, Think Tanks and Universities.
Our role
VUB-HALL leads WP4 “Final Impact Assessment Study and Policy Recommendations on GEP implementation at HEIs with a focus on student's involvement”, focusing on assessing the project's impact, providing good practices and policy recommendations, and fostering dialogue with stakeholders, including policymakers. Moreover, VUB-HALL is task contributor in WP1 “Project Management”, WP2 “Developing a handbook to foster a gender equal culture at HEIs”, WP3 “Engaging university students in fostering a gender equal culture at HEIs”, and WP5 “Communication, Results sharing & Exploitation”.
