In brief...
The PLANET4Health project provides new knowledge and tools on environment degradation and its impact on human animal and ecosystems health. The project results will support policy making process and citizens awareness on sustainable planetary health, climate and environmental policies and adaptation and mitigation strategies to natural hazards.
Our role
VUB-HALL is responsible for the project’s data protection, ethics compliance, and intellectual property management, ensuring all activities comply with GDPR, ethical standards, and legal frameworks, while overseeing the development and implementation of the Data Management Plan and coordinating the project’s Ethics Advisory Board. VUB-HALL leads tasks 5.3 “Ethics Compliance Management and Ethics Advisory Board“ and 5.4 “Data Protection Compliance, Data Management Plan, and IPR management strategy“. Moreover, VUB-HALL is task contributor in WP1 “OneHealth Effects of ecological degradation and climate change Case Studies”, WP2 “Technological Platforms and Digital Tools for OneHealth”, WP3 “Social and Economic Studies, Risk Reduction, and Policy Adoption for Planetary Health”, and WP4 “Communication, Dissemination, and Policy making”.
