The IOF Council has decided to award a four-year consolidator grant (2024-2027) to the IOF-GEAR Program "Optimising Legal and Ethical Use of Technologies for Cybersecurity & Health”, submitted by Prof. Paul Quinn (HALL) and Prof. Vagelis Papakonstantinou (CDSL) within the Law, Science, Technology and Society (LSTS) Research Group.
This structural funding is aimed at consolidating the group and strengthening its position within the EU framework programme for research and innovation, as well as supporting the pursuit of joint initiatives with businesses and organisations based in Brussels and Flanders.
