Klaudia Kwiatkowska

Klaudia is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna, supported by a DOC Fellowship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences. She holds an LLB in International and European Law from the University of Groningen and an LLM in European Law and Market Integration from Maastricht University.

Her PhD research deals with the regulation of data from femtech products in the EU, especially in light of the European Health Data Space.
