HALL and LSTS researcher Hideyuki Matsumi will present at the Privacy Law Scholars Conference (PLSC) 2022 to be held in person on Thursday and Friday, June 2 and 3, 2022 at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. In his presentation titled 'The Failure of Rectification Rights' he will discuss personal data created by predictive AI and how the right to rectification fails to rectify inaccurate predictions.
PLSC is the oldest and largest gathering of privacy scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the world. We incubate and critique scholarship at the vanguard of the field of law and technology. More information about the conference is here.
