Anastasiya Kiseleva participated and presented at the 14th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics and Health Law held in Porto, 7-10 March 2022. The presentaion was based on her paper 'AI as a Medical Device: Is it Enough to Ensure Performance Transparency and Accountability?' published in the European Pharmaceutical Law Review by Lexxion Publisher (the paper was included by the journal in its top-5 in 2020). She also reflected in the presentation on how the issues with the Medical Devices Framework and AI might be solved in the proposed AI Act (that part is published by CRIDS/NaDI in the materials of their 40th anniversary conference 'Time to Reshape the Digital Society').
The conference offers its participants an international platform for fruitful scientific discourse on more than 60 topics and subtopics in the fields of bioethics, medical ethics and health law. More information and the program are here.
