We, the Health and Aging Law Lab (HALL) at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), are committed to protecting the privacy of our symposium participants. When you subscribe to our newsletters and updates about the symposium, we collect personal data. We rely on your consent to process this data for the sole purpose of keeping you updated about our activities via the newsletter and updates for organizing the symposium. We do not disclose this data to third parties. We do not send e-mails unless the recipient has expressed an interest in receiving them or has otherwise explicitly consented. If you wish to unsubscribe or remove your email address, please use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

We will not share your details with any third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information to fulfill the necessary purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. After the date of the symposium, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
